We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sisters and Seekers pieces; if a style isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original polybags and secure them in a mailing bag, ensuring the returns form is included inside the package.
Generate Shipping Label
Select your preferred courier through the portal to receive a QR code or printable shipping label for your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
